I believe exceptional design requires strong conceptual foundations. Beautiful execution elevates good thinking but cannot mask its absence — and brilliant ideas risk being lost without considered visual translation. When both align, the work creates genuine impact.
Trained at Norwich University of the Arts under Ray Gregory (himself taught by Bob Gill and Lou Klein), I learned his guiding principle: "Do it. To see it, do it" — an approach that values rigorous exploration over premature judgment. Ideas breed ideas; the best work stems from deep subject knowledge, thorough thinking and disciplined craft.
