Overview
Situated at the heart of Mayfair in one of London's oldest squares, Hanover Bond is a collection of 80 luxury residences integrated with and serviced by Mandarin Oriental hotels. Created by independent super-prime developer Clivedale, these boutique homes were designed by renowned architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners with interiors by Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen.
Brief
The challenge was to originate a name and create materials for investment procurement and international pre-sales. With no hospitality partner yet secured, the collateral also needed to attract a world-class hotelier to the project.
Response
Celebrating Mayfair's global renown, its cultural history and proximity to the fashion and retail of Bond Street, I created a brand and typographic visual identity system for digital and print. Working with Book Works Studio and Push print, we produced beautiful bespoke materials designed to showcase the sophistication and style of the area. The materials succeeded in attracting substantial pre-sales investment and securing Mandarin Oriental as the hospitality partner.
